Yogina Shakya has been working in the HR sector for over 10 years, helping start-ups and SME companies establish and scale their HR function. People-centric HR practices are her focus of work where she partners with business owners to create an enriching and fun work environment. She has been focusing her work on organizational development and culture building in the organization. With a strong suit in process, policies and automation, she aims to support businesses and organizations that want to build a strong people-centric business with a focus on social impact.
She is currently working in the People Ops at Outside, an impact driven design and development studio. Alongside helping SMEs and start-ups, she is also a visiting faculty at Herald College.
