Aasika Neupane

Ashika is a designer who writes and a writer who designs—depending on the day, sometimes both. Her work balances user needs with business goals, but she’ll always pick retention over empty clicks. At WordCamp Pokhara 2025, she’s bringing her thoughts on “Un-Designing”—a mindset that’s helped her and her teams deal with creative overwhelm, vague feedback, and feature creep. She’s passionate about designing with intention, removing what no longer serves the user, and keeping interfaces (and ideas) clean. Beyond her day-to-day work, she documents her journey on Medium, reflects on design history, and watches how AI is reshaping how we build and think.
