Parash Devkota is a long-time contributor to the WordPress community. Raised in Pokhara and shaped by its changing rhythms, he’s been involved with WordPress since 2018—organizing meetups and WordCamps, translating WordPress into Nepali, and helping build a more inclusive local ecosystem.
This year, he returns as the co-lead organizer of WordCamp Pokhara 2025, continuing the momentum from 2024, when the city hosted the largest WordCamp in Nepal to date. The energy from that event still runs through the community, and he remains committed to nurturing it with thoughtful leadership and grassroots collaboration.
As a Software Engineer, he sees technology as a tool for empowerment—especially in the context of local entrepreneurship, education, and tourism. His work often blends digital skills with community-driven efforts, grounded in the belief that sustainable growth starts from within.
To him, technology isn’t a race—it’s a shared trek. And Pokhara, with its lakes, peaks, and people, continues to inspire the path forward.
