We’re looking for volunteer photographers who can capture the energy, emotion, and essence of the event—moments that will live long after the curtains close.

If you love documenting people, smiles, spontaneous hallway conversations, speaker highlights, swag moments, and maybe even a few awkward-but-awesome dance moves at the afterparty—this is your chance!

What We’re Looking For:

• Photographers with a good eye for detail and people-focused shots.
• Experience with event photography is a plus, but passion and commitment matter more.
• You’ll need to bring your own camera gear.
• Be available for a coordination meetup before the event.
