Payment Options

• We accept payments via Direct Bank Transfers and QR payments through any Nepali banking apps or digital wallets like Khalti. Our QR now also supports UPI payments from India — including Google Pay, BHIM, PhonePe, and more.
• For international participants, we understand the diversity of payment methods across borders. To ensure a smooth process, our finance team will reach out via email with personalized instructions after you register.

Terms and Conditions

• Each ticket admits one person only. If you’re planning to bring a guest, please ensure they have their own ticket.
• Tickets must be purchased in advance. There will be no ticket sales at the venue.
• Please carry the digital copy of your ticket sent to your email. A valid ID proof is also recommended for verification.
• You will receive an attendee ID card at the Registration Desk. This card includes a QR code that will serve as your meal and access pass, and must be carried at all times during the event.
• The right of admission is reserved by the event or venue management, in accordance with local laws and WordCamp Central guidelines.
• Tickets are non-refundable, but they may be transferred or gifted to another individual. If doing so, please inform the organizing team in advance for name badge updates.
• Your first and last name, along with your Gravatar profile image, will be publicly listed on the attendees’ page. Not all information submitted in the registration form may be displayed.
• For international attendees, our finance team will coordinate with you regarding payment methods. Please ensure correct contact details during registration.
• By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you have read and agreed to the event’s Code of Conduct.
